Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.99 flat rate
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $14.99 flat rate
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and destination. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Discreet Packaging

All Ace Ultra Premium orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or product descriptions visible on the exterior. Your privacy is our priority. The return address will display a generic business name.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email for every order. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account dashboard. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. All packages require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to states with restrictions on cannabis products may be subject to additional verification.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@acedisposable.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
